Books

I’ve written a few books, which I’ve self-published. Links to these can be found below.

My most popular and successful book is The Essential Elements of Digital Literacies, which is a more accessible version of my doctoral thesis. It’s available at a pay-what-you-can price.

#uppingyourgame: a practical guide to personal productivity (v2)

I was working on an audiobook, #uppingyourgame: a practical guide to personal productivity (v2) but after recording five chapters progress has stalled for the moment!

Here are other of books I’ve published previously:

When I worked in schools, I had almost a 100% success rate in job applications. I shared my approach in a free ebook entitled #getthatjob: an educator’s guide to finding, applying, and interviewing for a teaching-related job.

My first book on productivity was #uppingyourgame: a practical guide to personal productivity, which you can now download as a free PDF.

#movemeon

During a time I was mentoring a trainee teacher, I came up with the idea of a book of short, tweet-size nuggets of advice for those new to the profession. This led to #movemeon: tips, ideas, and suggestions for all teachings from the twitter community. There were a large number of contributors to this and, thanks to the encouragement and design work of Stuart Ridout, we published this book.
